Personal Journal: The Brightness of His Glory

Original Entry Date 11/11/2015:  As I was talking to Papa God this morning I told Him that I wanted to see His Glory!

I then felt His Holy Spirit speak through me that His Glory is brighter than the sun.

He then spoke into my soul that this was the very reason why people couldn’t look at Him because of the brightness and people are full of darkness, especially in the OT before Christ Jesus.

As I’m sitting here, I’m reminded of how I’ve seen His Glory, Jesus, face to face in a dream I had of Him.

Entry Date Tonight 4/6/2021: I felt such a joyful desire for God this evening; praying from the depths of my heart to hear His voice. I go on admitting to Him that He is the only one that I truly want…Honestly, who/what could be better than being in His Presence; Face to Face, becoming full of His radiance?

As I was looking up the Hebrew word used for the word “radiance,”I heard and felt God’s Presence enter this place. I felt His peace, I felt His joy and I knew He was behind me as I felt His hand on my lower back.

As I was typing out the entry above from 2015, the part about God being too bright for the people to look upon Him, struck me with questions. I asked in my heart how it was possible for people to look upon the Radiance (or the Light) of His Spirit in us nowadays and be led by it if we are nowhere as perfect as Him? How will this bright Light bring SO MANY  people who are in darkness to God if this same Light, the Brightness of His Glory, terrified His own people back in the OT?

I hear God say, “Well you are made of wood, aren’t you?”

Then I remembered all that I have been posting about the Tabernacle and how things were made of wood, which symbolizes mankind; human nature.

He then reminded me that this was how people were able to look upon Jesus, because He, too,  was made of wood, He was made with the nature of mankind being flesh and bone amongst them.

I am a gal who lives in the Bay Area, CA. This site is not meant to be about me but rather it is about what God has shown and continues to show me in His Word and when I am in prayer with Him. I hope these entries inspire you to seek His Face, He desires you to do so and even if you don't think so...it is also what your heart and soul have longed for since birth. Over the years I wrote down every sort of spiritual revelation that would pop out at me when reading the Bible. I thought to myself, "what do you want me to d with all this, Lord?" That's when it hit me! Why not start a blog and put everything He has given you on there. And so I did.
