Personal Journal: Lead Me By the Cloud of Your Presence

Original Entry Date 9/17/2021: Lord, I need You like my body needs water like my lungs needs air.
I need You more than these.
Where do You want me to go? What do You want me to do?
Am I trying to go my own way, or are You leading me?
I don’t feel like I belong there anymore, but I feel as though everything is my fault, and therefore, I don’t feel worthy.
I cast those thoughts aside and set my thoughts on what You have spoken to us in Your Word. Your Word says that You have given us a sound mind.
I pray, Dear Lord, that You would speak to my heart, like the Cloud by Day and the Fire by Night. Lift up when You want me to move, and come down to settle when you want me to stand still.
